Our Friendly Allies is a Herb Farm, Herb Shop & a Clinical Herbal Practice. Our farm is located in the Appalachian mountains in rural Madison County, NC.

We have a small nursery operation where we grow medicinal & culinary plant starters as well as a select few veggies. Below you can find a list of locations where we sell our plants.

We also grow as many herbs as we can for our Extracts. Having a personal relationship with the plants from seed is what truly makes our herbs and extracts so special. You can find a link below to our page where you can shop our blends, “simple” extracts, blends & dried herbs.

Our clinical practice is based on wanting to provide people with support by building and formulating constitutionally balanced personalized herbal protocols out of the herbs we have such a deeply personal relationship with. When it comes to herbs there is no one size fits all. Every ‘body’ is unique and every ‘symptom’ has an energetic expression and so do the herbs. In this practice we offer support with herbs, lifestyle and supplement recommendations but its actually the client who is responsible for any healing that takes place. We hope our clients walk away feeling empowered, embodied and whole. We believe that we are apart of nature and our bodies are intelligent. We hope to help clients gain a better understanding of what their body is trying to tell them and learn how to listen and trust their beautifully intelligent body.
